When will you ship my order? 
It takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

I am gifting something from the brand. Can you make the package special? 
Of course! If this is a gift we will be happy to customize the order. After placing your order, just drop us a message on Whatsapp or give us a call and our team will get this done.

Delivery & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Return within the first 15 days, you can get the entire amount refunded, if the return is made within 16-30 days then you will get a credit note of the same amount redeemable within 60 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items/packets must be unused, and the packets should not be damaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
